Dates: Session One will take place from June 22nd – June 25th. Session Two will take place from June 26th – June 29th. All campers are welcome to attend both sessions which would span from June 22nd – June 29th.
Day Camper Hours: The schedule for day camper drop-off and pick-up at the Charlie Coe Center will be as follows:
Day 1 Drop-Off 12 pm Pick-up 5:30 pm
Day 2 Drop-Off 9 am Pick-up 5:30 pm
Day 3 Drop-Off 9 am Pick-up 5:30 pm
Day 4 Drop-Off 8:30 am Pick-up 12:30 pm
Tuition: The cost of attendance for a single session is $900 for overnight and $600 for day campers. The cost for attending both sessions will be $1800 for overnight and $1200 for day campers. The tuition fee covers all costs for the session, including: golf, food, housing, transportation, and instruction.
Registration: All registration will take place online.
Arrival and Departure: Check-in will take place from 12p.m. -1p.m. at the Charlie Coe Golf Center. Instruction will be at 2p.m. on arrival day. Following the camp tournament, players will be free to depart with their guardians from the golf course or may be picked up from the housing complex. The camp tournament should conclude by 1p.m.
Health and Safety: Full time coaches and counselors will be available to help ensure the safety of each student during camp sessions and in the dorm. Camp counselors will be University of Oklahoma golf team members.
Who is Eligible: The Ryan Hybl Sooner Golf Camp is open to any and all young men between the ages of 9 and 18.
Clothing and Equipment: You will be required to bring the following: golf attire, laundry bag, toilet kit, sunscreen, golf bag, spending money, sheets, pillow, blanket, towels and wash cloths.
Housing and Food: You will be housed in an air-conditioned dormitory on the University of Oklahoma campus. Students will be assigned two-to-a-room and will eat their meals at the University Dining Halls and the OU Golf Team clubhouse.
Camp Size Limits: Camp participants will be limited, so make sure you register ASAP. Campers will be organized by age and ability levels for more effective instruction.
Transportation: Special arrangements may be made for airport pickup from Will Rogers/Oklahoma City Airport. Please contact us at (405) 325-8486 before making plane reservations so that we may coordinate a best scenario for everyone.
Camp Tournament: On the last day of camp we will hold a camp tournament. All parents are encouraged to come and watch their child play and compete at the Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club.
NCAA Guidelines: NCAA Guidelines prohibit payment of camp expenses (transportation, camp tuition, spending money, etc.) by representatives of the University of Oklahoma's athletic interests. NCAA rules also prohibit free or reduced camp admission for prospects (ninth grade or above). If you have any questions, please notify officials prior to camp.
Insurance & Medical: Accident/Medical coverage for the camp will be provided on an excess of secondary basis. This means that all claims for medical expenses as a result of injuries incurred during camp MUST be sent to the injured child's parent for filing with their insurance carrier. The camp policy will pay for those expenses not paid for under the parent's coverage or if the parent does not have coverage, subject to exclusions. A doctor is on call, and hospital and student medical facilities are readily accessible. A physician statement form will be sent to you along with confirmation of your registration. The completed form MUST BE presented upon arrival at camp. Every effort will be made to protect the health and safety of our campers. The camp assumes no responsibility for accidents or illness.
All camps are open to any and all entrants
